Channel Team Lead, OTR, Amazon Hub Delivery

Overview

Amazon aims to be the most customer centric company on Earth. We are seeking a motivated, results driven individual to lead the Delivery Channel Team (CTL) for our Last Mile business. In this role you will partner with independently operated retail stores that have contract arrangements with Amazon, helping them deliver packages to customers efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate Delivery Stores in the Saitama area, including finding new stores, contracting, and supporting day to day operations.
• Drive growth of each Store by guiding business improvement, setting performance targets (e.g., delivery volume, first delivery completion rate), and motivating managers.
• Train Store staff on Amazon processes, products, operational models, and standard operating procedures, providing coaching and guidance.
• Report on Store performance and overall area status to senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve delivery processes and overall efficiency for Stores.
• Support staff responsible for new Store acquisition with sales assistance and handle daily escalations arising from Operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing field operations (retail, restaurant, SCM, delivery, etc.) or sales experience of at least 2 years (corporate or individual).
• Experience in process improvement, regardless of scale.
• Business level Excel skills (functions and pivot tables).
• Business level English proficiency (preferred).
• Positive attitude toward an inclusive culture and diversity.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base monthly salary 306,000+ (annual salary paid in 12 installments).
• Comprehensive overtime, night shift, and legal holiday pay according to labor regulations.
