Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA) Trainer

We are looking for an experienced trainer to deliver our Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA) course—a globally recognized certification from the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP). The successful candidate will empower professionals by delivering comprehensive training on essential BPM skills, including process modeling, analysis, design, and transformation aligned with the BPM Common Body of Knowledge (BPM-CBOK).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive training sessions covering BPM core concepts and methodologies.
• Guide participants in mastering practical applications of process modeling, analysis, and design techniques.
• Facilitate group activities, discussions, and case studies to reinforce practical skills.
• Support participants in preparation for the CBPA certification exam.
• Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA) or higher-level certification from ABPMP.
• Proven experience in Business Process Management, process modeling (BPMN, EPC, UML, etc.), analysis, and optimization.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, engage, and inspire learners.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
