CCTV Operator

Take a sharp eye. Add a sense of responsibility. Mix with a passion for safety and service. We’re searching for a new CCTV Operator with the perfect blend of vigilance, calmness, and attention to detail to help keep our guests, team, and property safe. A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Monitoring CCTV systems and security equipment to spot and report suspicious behavior or incidents in real-time
• Responding swiftly and calmly to alarms, emergencies, or unusual activity
• Recording and documenting incidents accurately for reports and investigations
• Collaborating with security, front desk, and other departments to ensure a secure and welcoming environment
• Maintaining confidentiality and following company and legal standards related to surveillance and data privacy
• Regularly checking equipment to ensure everything’s fully functional and reporting any issues
  
  

What We need from you:

• A sharp eye for detail and strong observational skills
• The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure or in emergencies
• Basic knowledge of security systems and CCTV software (training provided)
• Good communication skills – you’ll be clear, polite, and professional in all interactions
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
