Catering & Events Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Catering & Events Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage sales operations and foster customer relationships for our catering services. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, retaining existing clients, assisting with menu planning, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the hiring and training of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and repeat clients.
• Assist in menu selection, customization, and event planning.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to meet company and client expectations.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and management of catering staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Saudi catering market.
• Strong preference for candidates of Arabic nationality.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
