Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established retail group in Saudi Arabia looking to hire a Category Manager – Private Label (Saudi National). The role is responsible for driving private label growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective product development, supplier management, and category strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Drive private label product development from concept to launch.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage supplier partnerships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and innovation.
  • Monitor category performance (sales, margins, stock) and implement growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and promotional impact.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, food safety, and quality standards.
  • Optimize budgets, track KPIs, and deliver on profitability targets.

Requirements

  • Saudi National (mandatory).
  • 5+ years in Category Management, Buying, or Private Label.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
  • Knowledge of product development, branding, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP systems knowledge is a plus.
