Key Responsibilities Handle all cash collections from delivery drivers/couriers and manage petty cash processes according to established procedures. Prepare daily cash summary reports and submit them to the Depot Accountant. Count cash in the locker at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy and reconciliation with daily collection reports and QAD GL balance. Prepare bank deposits based on daily collections and deposit them at the bank daily. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Report discrepancies found within the accounts to superiors. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports. Skills and Qualifications Minimum Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience as a cashier, preferably in an FMCG or logistics company. Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working in an ERP environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
