Job Objective
The Car Rental Receptionist aims to provide exceptional customer service by managing car rental operations and interacting with clients professionally.
Responsibilities
Greet Customers: Welcome customers upon arrival and provide necessary assistance.
Provide Information: Offer accurate information about available car types, pricing, and rental terms.
Rental Procedures: Complete car rental procedures, including filling out forms and conducting necessary checks.
Manage Reservations: Monitor and manage car reservations, ensuring availability.
Problem Resolution: Address any customer inquiries or complaints and resolve them promptly and effectively.
Coordinate Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure cars are in good condition and ready for rental.
Handle Payments: Manage payments and ensure accurate collection of due amounts.
