Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily camp operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and catering.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage camp staff, schedules, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers for smooth operations.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
Implement and maintain camp policies and procedures.
Handle emergencies and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in camp management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HSE standards and Saudi labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and facility management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
