- Good communication Skills.
- Good English.
- Computer Skills.
- Full knowledge of Word, Excel and all Microsoft.
- Receiving incoming and outgoing calls.
- Responding to patients’ inquiries and receiving and following up on complaints.
- Scheduling patient appointments through departments.
- Answer internal calls and assist other departments.
- Follow up of missed patients.
- Follow up on the Vezeeta system, the center's website, and WhatsApp.
- Confirmation of patient appointments for upcoming clinics.
- Coordination and scheduling of doctors' clinics on the system.
- Remind doctors of clinics.
