Detailed Job Description And Responsibilities

  • Receiving incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Responding to patients’ inquiries and receiving and following up on complaints.
  • Scheduling patient appointments through departments.
  • Answer internal calls and assist other departments.
  • Follow up of missed patients.
  • Follow up on the Vezeeta system, the center's website, and WhatsApp.
  • Confirmation of patient appointments for upcoming clinics.
  • Coordination and scheduling of doctors' clinics on the system.
  • Remind doctors of clinics.
