The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Create and manage 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit for the Cableway System, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical components into cohesive transport system designs, while supporting design calculations and documentation.
• Maintain and update CAD drawings and Revit models, ensuring accuracy and reflecting design modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead design reviews and stakeholder coordination, identifying potential conflicts, supporting project execution, and contributing to effective communication across teams.
• Implement BIM procedures aligned with ISO 19650, manage a Common Data Environment via Autodesk Construction Cloud, and ensure team compliance with digital standards.
• Manage Aconex information systems, oversee drawing and graphic production, and ensure documentation meets procedural and team requirements.
• Upskill team members on CAD and Revit, provide assurance and quality checks on design outputs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry best practices, contribute to process enhancements, and participate in meetings to provide design updates and support project delivery.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CAD / REVIT specialist, preferably in transportation or infrastructure-related projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software, with a solid understanding of modeling, drawing standards, and best practices.
