Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

In this role, you will be actively engaged in project procurement in Saudi Arabia. Your primary focus will be on managing relationships with third-party suppliers across various technologies, including fire-fighting solutions, security systems, building management, energy efficiency, and digital infrastructure. Below are your key responsibilities:

• Supplier Sourcing and Relationship Management:
• Source suppliers and maintain strong relationships with internal project teams.
• Continuously update vendor master data (commodities, contacts).
• Support for Project Teams:
• Assist project teams by obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
• Negotiation and Performance Monitoring:
• Negotiate price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.
• Vendor Support:
• Aid vendors in proposal evaluations.
• Strategic Procurement Activities:
• Collaborate with the procurement lead on strategic initiatives.
• Enhancing Vendor Management Programs:
• Evaluate existing vendor management programs and identify areas for improvement.
  
  

You should be having:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Engineering.
• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Fluency in English.
