Butler

We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Butler for our client, a distinguished UHNWI, to join their elite household in a private, luxurious setting in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in luxury service and a keen attention to detail to work in a prestigious environment where excellence is expected at every level.

As the Butler, you will play an integral role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the Principal, their guests, and any other members of the household.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they are settled comfortably in their rooms, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
• Anticipation of Needs: Learn guests' preferences, allergies, dislikes, and ensure their needs are met without prompt.
• Food & Beverage: Serve meals and pour drinks for guests, ensuring impeccable service at all times.
• Room Management: Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for guests, and maintain rooms as necessary.
• Errands & Amenities: Run errands when required and arrange for amenities to ensure guests have a luxurious experience.
• Departure: Assist in seeing guests off, ensuring a gracious and smooth departure.
• Professionalism: Remain impeccably groomed and maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor at all times.
• Health & Safety: Stay up-to-date with relevant health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Liaison: Work closely with the household team and liaise with other members of the entourage to meet the Principals needs.
  
  
  

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Butler, with current and prior relevant work experience in luxury service settings.
• Must have formal Butler training from the International Butler Academy in the Netherlands.
• Strong communication skills, discretion, and a commitment to providing top-tier service.
• Ability to work well under pressure, maintain composure, and handle confidential matters with professionalism.
