Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for developing the Business strategy /strategic map, while ensuring to cascade the process of the strategy in alignment with the Businessorganizations and overseeing its implementation. Likewise, they will define the strategic & financial KPIs, identify Business risks and develop the strategy development guidelines. Furthermore, to produce the Annual Operating Plan and other annual plans, in alignment with Business sectors & entities. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure.

Job Responsibility
Strategic and Managerial Responsibilities
- Contributes in the development of stc’s organization strategy and to the overall process of management and corporate decision making along with other members of the Executive Team.
- Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Business Strategic Planning
- Oversee the development and execution of the 3-year Business Cluster strategy, ensuring consistency with stc Group Strategy
- Align, consolidate, and provide approvals on all business consulting services and projects
- Periodically review and update the strategy in alignment with market conditions and stc Group Strategy
- Oversee the detailing of strategic initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders through workshops and co-development sessions
- Communicate stc Business Cluster priorities and initiatives with Group functional units and manage cross-unit initiatives
- Lead the definition of strategic KPIs in alignment with stc Group Strategy targets and Business strategy formulation
- Develop the 3-year Business Plan and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) of the Cluster
- Prepare periodic performance reports on strategic programs and objectives in coordination with Subsidiaries Portfolio Management
- Collaborate with Business sectors and entities to identify and mitigate Business cluster risks and embed mitigation plans within strategic initiatives
- Align with the Performance Management team on mapping strategic KPIs to sectors and entities for effective impact measurement
- Review and consolidate strategic plans, initiatives, and KPIs from Business Cluster sectors and entities to ensure cohesion and consistency
- Validate annual strategy management exercises and ensure alignment and engagement of Business Cluster entities and strategy owners
- Execute detailed KPIs into strategic, financial, and operational KPIs in accordance with the Business Cluster Strategy and performance framework
People Management Responsibilities
- Defines goals and key performance indicators for members of the team and ensures effective application of the stc performance management process.
- Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Business Strategic Planning, in line with the business and operational plans.
- Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Business Strategic Planning.
