This role is based in Riyadh and will primarily work at the client location, where the project is being implemented. As a Business Process Improvement Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the project workstream leads to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery of project milestones. Additionally, you will engage with client stakeholders throughout the project, fostering strong relationships and alignment to drive success. Medtronic offers a dynamic environment to support your professional growth and enable you to lead impactful healthcare projects. Travel is required (70%).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects that align with the client’s strategic goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project execution and resolve issues proactively
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable updates
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices for project management
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in healthcare or medical device industries
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP certification is an advantage)
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (writing and speaking) to effectively engage with stakeholders and clients
- Lean Six Sigma certification, demonstrating expertise in process improvement and efficiency
- Knowledge of the medical supply chain, including logistics, procurement, and inventory management
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
