The Opportunity

We are hiring a Business Operations Manager to support the operational setup and day-to-day execution across our Studio and venture portfolio. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative operations, government compliance, and vendor management - enabling our ventures to focus on building and growing from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational onboarding for new ventures, managing logistics, systems access, and basic setup needs
• Coordinate with government platforms to ensure compliance and timely submissions
• Source, evaluate, and manage external vendors and service providers, including office and facility support
• Maintain operational templates, trackers, and process documentation for use across Studio and ventures
• Assist in policy rollout, monitor service quality, and support internal SLAs for operational support
• Gather feedback from internal teams and ventures to continuously improve operational services
  
  

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, administration, or business support roles
• Familiarity with Saudi government platforms.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with a bias for action
• Experience working with vendors or managing external service providers
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
