We’re looking for an experienced Business Lead to drive client growth, inspire teams, and shape media strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll act as the strategic partner to senior clients — ensuring our work connects creativity, media, and data to create meaningful impact across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships and ensure business objectives are translated into powerful media strategies.
- Oversee end-to-end media planning, activation, and performance across multiple markets.
- Champion collaboration across strategy, data, and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage P&L and ensure commercial growth, efficiency, and profitability for your portfolio.
- Mentor and develop teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay ahead of market trends, guiding clients through evolving media landscapes and technologies.
- 12–15 years of experience in media or integrated communications, preferably within global agency networks.
- Proven experience managing multimarket clients and large-scale operations.
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L management capability.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of media ecosystems, data-driven marketing, and emerging technologies.
