Business Improvement Manager KSA Compression

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and curious Business Improvement Manager to lead data-driven optimization projects for Compression in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate loves to challenge the status quo, thinks outside of the box, and does not stop questioning until fully understanding root causes. You will join our Business Improvement team in Compression and support our organization in strategy implementation and continuous improvement with focus on our local activities in Saudi Arabia. This position is based in Dammam and reports into the local CP leadership in KSA as well as functionally into the global Head of Business Improvement for Compression.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead data-driven optimization projects from start to finish, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery
• Conduct data analysis, process mapping and modeling to identify optimization opportunities and develop recommendations
• Drive and support local digitalization activities such as Manufacturing Execution System (MES), SAP Material Resource Planning or PLM Team Center
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, supply chain and finance, to implement optimization solutions
• Implement Lean methods in production and non-production areas
• Develop and deliver presentations and reports to site and top management, communicating project status, progress, and outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in optimization methodologies and tools
• Mentor and train local colleagues on optimization best practices and methodologies
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Ideally 5-10 years work experience in various companies, industries, roles and functions (full employment, internships, part time job) to be able to benchmark ways of working
• Strong data analysis and modeling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business problems and develop practical solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
