Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Analyze market data to identify key opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Business Development Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments for solar energy solutions.
  • Lead Generation and Relationship Building:Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Proposal Development and Presentation:Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and ROI of solar energy solutions.
  • Contract Negotiation and Closing:Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and financing options with customers.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative business development strategies.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
