We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive business growth in the Saudi market, focusing on business development, sales, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver professional business presentations. A basic understanding of marketing is preferred to support business expansion initiatives when needed.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

  • Identify, analyze, and pursue new business opportunities in consulting, digital transformation, and technology services.
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies to expand the company’s presence in Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, government entities, and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competition.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings and market penetration.

2. Sales & Client Management:

  • Generate leads and prospect clients through networking, direct outreach, and industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations using PowerPoint or other tools.
  • Present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to track sales pipeline and client interactions.

3. Marketing Support (Basic Knowledge Required):

  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Provide insights on client needs, pain points, and market trends to support the marketing team.
  • Assist in content development, targeted outreach, and digital campaigns when needed.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, networking events, and industry conferences for brand positioning.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in consulting, digital transformation, or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client management.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi market and its business landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience in preparing professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to develop tailored client solutions based on market insights.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and tools (LinkedIn, email marketing, Google Ads is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
