وش راح تسوي معنا؟

تبني وتدير Sales Pipeline من أول تواصل مع العميل المحتمل إلى إغلاق الصفقة (Leads → Deals).

تتواصل مع العملاء وتعرض خدماتنا بطريقة مبسطة ومقنعة.

تقود عمليات التفاوض (Negotiation Cycle) وتتعامل مع الاعتراضات حتى توصل للاتفاق.

تبني علاقات طويلة المدى مع العملاء والشركاء وتطورها.

تجمع ملاحظات من السوق تساعدنا نضبط استراتيجيات التسويق والعروض.

تشتغل مع الفريق الداخلي لضمان أفضل تجربة عميل من أول تواصل لآخر خدمة.


وش نحتاج منك؟

خبرة 2 – 4 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات، ويفضل في B2B أو خدمات تسويقية/إبداعية.

فهم ممتاز لسوق الخدمات التسويقية بالمملكة والخليج.

قدرة عالية على الإقناع، التفاوض، والتعامل مع مختلف العملاء.

معرفة بمؤشرات الأداء (KPIs، ROI، Conversion Rate) وكيفية تحقيقها.

استخدام سابق للأدوات الرقمية مثل CRM أو أدوات تحليل السوق.

مهارات تواصل قوية بالعربي والإنجليزي.

شخصية اجتماعية، مرتبة، وتحب الإنجاز والتحديات.
