Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and generate new opportunities in the B2B market. This role focuses on identifying prospects, closing deals, and supporting the company’s long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Present products/services to clients and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
- English proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.
