You’ll operate independently under a respected executive search firm established in the GCC since 2010, known for its leadership in Saudisation and high-level placements.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify new business opportunities by reaching out to corporate clients across industries.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through effective communication and consultative selling.
  • Work alongside a dedicated internal team that will assist with candidate delivery and recruitment execution.
  • Set your own schedule — 3 to 4 hours per weekday is recommended (mornings preferred).
