We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer with 2-4 years of real estate experience to drive lead generation, market research, and networking efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships and capitalize on business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, and other real estate professionals.
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and property exhibitions to expand business outreach.
• Support the team in preparing market reports and business proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic business development initiatives.
• Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
