Amazon is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Africa, Middle East, Turkey (AMET) Delivery Service Partner business. This is a unique opportunity to own Delivery Service Partner (DSP) account management based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and to collaborate with various internal teams to create, innovate and transform our processes to launch new delivery programs across the AMET region, creating opportunities for our DSPs.

This role will require some travel throughout the region.

Key job responsibilities
  • End to end ownership of KSA DSP recruitment and vetting
  • Launch programs in partnership with internal stakeholders and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables
  • Develop a keen understanding of Last Mile Delivery methods, working with the Partner Acquisition Business Development Team to bring programs to Delivery Service Partners across the AMET region
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand program needs, launch timelines and challenges to develop processes and deliver against the team roadmap for the launch of Delivery Partners in AMET
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: build collaborative, influential internal and external relationships with Product, Program, Field teams and other critical stakeholders to gather information, set action plans, and monitor stakeholder execution to improve the program executions
  • Communication: communications to key stakeholders on core deliverables.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Working in Business development or sale roles with prior experience negotiating deals.
