Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with strong industry knowledge and market connections to spearhead Interwood's market entry in KSA. The ideal candidate will have experience in the furniture, construction, interiors, or related sectors and a proven ability to work closely with contractors, architects, and developers to secure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategies to enter and expand Interwood's presence in the KSA's mid-premium furniture and KDW fit-out segments.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and project managers to secure B2B fit-out projects.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and qualify leads, present tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Project Coordination: Liaise with Pakistan HQ for design, production, and logistics coordination, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
  • Brand Representation: Act as the face of Interwood in Dubai, representing the brand at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to inform sales strategy.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on pipeline, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in business development/sales within furniture, interior fit-out, construction, tiles, or related industries.
  • Network: Established relationships with architects, contractors, developers in Riyadh/KSA.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of project-based B2B sales cycles, tender processes, and fit-out industry requirements.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Mobility: Must have legal working status in KSA and be able to travel to Pakistan regularly.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Languages: Proficiency in English; Arabic/Urdu/Hindi is a plus.
