The Business Development Manager (FMCG) is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector to drive revenue growth for Starlinks. This role involves conducting market research, generating leads, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Sales & Negotia

- ties.Track, manage, and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics on a regular b
- asis.Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and business insights to senior manage
ment.

leads.

Req
- uirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or rela - ted field.Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the FM
- CG sector.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving reven
- ue growth.Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, supply chain processes, and customer req
- uirements.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentati
- on skills.Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an
advantage.
