We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth for our Comarch Open Platform (COP) solutions, supporting Banks in their digital transformation in Riyadh. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, this is the opportunity for you!

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions
  • Proven track record in selling cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience and established contacts within local banks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple leads
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an additional advantage)

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Comarch Open Platform
  • Promote and sell enterprise software solutions, showcasing their benefits in optimizing performance, security, and cost management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning Comarch as a trusted partner in enterprise digital solutions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets
  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competition, and customer needs in enterprise software
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with enterprise clients
  • Represent Comarch at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Report activities and sales progress in internal systems
