We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, generating leads, and expanding market share for automation and industrial solutions. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that contribute to the overall growth of Easy World Automation LLC.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, generating leads, and expanding market share for automation and industrial solutions. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that contribute to the overall growth of Easy World Automation LLC.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automation, industrial, and technology sectors in the UAE.
- Generate leads through a variety of channels including direct outreach, networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored automation solutions.
- Research industry trends and market conditions to identify growth areas and customer needs.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of trends and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation and long-term satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients.
- GCC travel will be required as a part of the profile.
- Marketing & Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns, and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility and attract leads.
- Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and events to showcase the company’s automation solutions and network with potential clients.
- Reporting & Feedback:
- Track and report pipeline performance, lead generation progress, and market feedback to senior management.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service delivery.
- Leadership & Initiative: Ability to take ownership of business development efforts and drive results.
- Client-Focused: Strong focus on client needs, with the ability to tailor solutions and maintain long-term relationships.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Goal-Oriented: Ability to set and achieve ambitious goals and targets.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent Network and Relation in KSA
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automation, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the automation, engineering, or technology industry.
- Proven track record of generating leads, building relationships, and successfully closing deals in the KSA market.
- Deep understanding of automation solutions, technologies, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with the KSA's industrial sectors, such as manufacturing, energy, logistics, and retail.
- Arabic speaker will be an advantage.
