Job Description
To lead and oversee the strategic planning, business development, financial modeling, and evaluation of ongoing and future real estate development projects, ensuring profitable growth and successful project delivery in alignment with organizational goals.

To lead and oversee the strategic planning, business development, financial modeling, and evaluation of ongoing and future real estate development projects, ensuring profitable growth and successful project delivery in alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies, processes, procedures, and systems for the Real Estate Development function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all internal functions and relevant stakeholders adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Lead the development of value propositions, business cases, and development approaches as part of the overall development and investment strategy and planning.
- Manage the business and financial modeling processes, evaluating new real estate development opportunities and analyzing business cases and scenarios for financial feasibility and structuring.
- Facilitate the handover of feasibility studies and financial models to the Asset Management function upon asset activation and stabilization.
- Prepare comprehensive development briefs outlining project concepts, segment analysis, asset mixes, and value propositions.
- Oversee research and identification of potential business opportunities, fostering long-term business relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Identify partnership opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with investors to pursue business investments and strategic collaborations successfully.
- Monitor and optimize the financial and operational performance of partnerships with investors in collaboration with the Asset Management team.
- Monitor and measure asset performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational efficiencies.
- Represent Soudah Development at local, regional, and global conferences, industry events, and speeches to enhance its reputation as a top global investment destination.
- Monitor and report on ongoing financial performance of the company from a project perspective.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
- Master’s degree in any related field from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.
