You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our most important customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and driving sustainable growth.
What You'll do
'-Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Hilti solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
'-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience 3 years in key account management or B2B sales, ideally in construction or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and deliver results.
- Fluent in English; Arabic.
