Job Summary:
The Business Developer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients to generate leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and develop customized solutions.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement business development plans to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business strategies with company goals.
Market Expansion:
Explore new markets and regions for business growth.
Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and propose solutions.
Conduct market analysis for potential partnerships, investments, or acquisitions.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to enhance sales effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in business development.
Strong network in KSA's public and private sectors.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Analytical skills for conducting market research and data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Knowledge of the industry in which the company operates.
Fluent in Arabic and English.

Strategic and creative thinker for identifying new opportunities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
