We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Business Analyst – Digital Products to join our team for a 1-year engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality technical and financial proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and client-focused documentation for a range of digital solutions including web, mobile, cloud, ERP, EPM, SPM, and other enterprise platforms. The role requires close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with product roadmaps, technical feasibility, and compliance standards—particularly for government clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality technical and financial proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and client-focused documentation for a range of digital solutions including web, mobile, cloud, ERP, EPM, SPM, and other enterprise platforms. The role requires close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with product roadmaps, technical feasibility, and compliance standards—particularly for government clients.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in writing technical and financial proposals for digital products and software solutions.
- Strong understanding of functional and non-functional requirements, architecture, scalability, integration, and user experience.
- Experience drafting detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) for software development projects.
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured deliverables and documentation.
- Familiarity with government RFPs and platforms such as Etimad, and client-specific tender portals.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and bid/proposal management protocols.
- Understanding of product development cycles (e.g., MVP to V1, V2 iterations).
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in government digital projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience in requirement gathering sessions and client discovery meetings.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and documentation platforms.
- Excellent technical writing skills (product briefs, datasheets, user manuals, pitch decks).
- Strong organizational and version control practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market and competitor data.
- Develop high-quality technical and financial proposals tailored to client RFPs across digital platforms (web/mobile/cloud/ERP/EPM/SPM, etc.).
- Customize proposals to ensure alignment with product roadmap, feasibility, and compliance standards.
- Highlight technical differentiators such as architecture, scalability, integration, security, and UX.
- Draft detailed SOWs, including functional requirements, timelines, modules, QA/UAT scope, and milestones.
- Collaborate with technical teams (architects, developers, PMs) to validate proposal accuracy.
- Lead and document client discovery and requirement clarification meetings.
- Monitor and scan tender platforms (e.g., Etimad) for relevant opportunities.
- Partner with sales and strategy teams to assess proposal viability and prepare qualification materials.
- Track competitor solutions and pricing to position offerings competitively.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including pitch decks, datasheets, and manuals.
- Support demo script creation and product walkthroughs.
- Ensure compliance with government digital standards and internal QA procedures.
- Maintain proposal pipeline, version control, and approval logs.
- Track win/loss ratios and collect insights for continuous improvement in proposal development.
