The Job in a Nutshell
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in improving and optimizing how we operate at Foodics. This role is all about turning complex data into actionable insights that help us serve our clients—restaurants, cafés, and foodservice businesses—better.
You will be the go-to expert for understanding, analyzing, and enhancing our product research into new features and additions, as well as our customer workflows, ensuring they align with our mission of revolutionizing restaurant management.
You will collaborate across teams to model, document, and refine business opportunities while using your analytical skills to tackle challenges and uncover opportunities for growth.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in improving and optimizing how we operate at Foodics. This role is all about turning complex data into actionable insights that help us serve our clients—restaurants, cafés, and foodservice businesses—better.
You will be the go-to expert for understanding, analyzing, and enhancing our product research into new features and additions, as well as our customer workflows, ensuring they align with our mission of revolutionizing restaurant management.
You will collaborate across teams to model, document, and refine business opportunities while using your analytical skills to tackle challenges and uncover opportunities for growth.
What Will You Do
- Map, analyze, and improve key business opportunities within the Foodics ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and customer success teams to understand market needs and translate them into product and feature ideas.
- Develop clear documentation and visual representations (e.g., PRDs, flowcharts, presentations, etc.) of workflows.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Support the implementation of new processes and monitor their impact over time.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify areas where Foodics can innovate and lead.
- Work closely with product managers to understand the product's vision and align with them on implementation phases.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis, and translate findings into actionable insights that feed the product's roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a tech or SaaS company.
- Highly organized in thinking, analyzing, and presenting information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you know your numbers and can think critically about them.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills—you're a storyteller who can simplify complex concepts.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation tools (a plus).
- Industry knowledge of restaurant management systems or similar fields is a huge advantage.
- Must be an Arabic speaker with proficient English skills.
- Preferably based in Riyadh.
