About the job:

The Business Analyst will play a core role in Hams’s automation delivery function.

You will gather requirements directly from stakeholders, structure the business logic behind each use case, and translate it into workflow design and integration requirements that backend engineers will implement.

This role sits between business understanding and functional execution — ensuring that the automation behaves correctly, aligns with the intended business outcome, and matches enterprise data/process realities.

Role Description:

You will

• Lead the gathering, clarification, and alignment of business requirements
• Break down business rules into structured logic blocks and conversational flows
• Draft workflow documentation and functional specs for implementation
• Produce API integration requirement guides (fields, payloads, expected response usage)
• Validate workflow outputs before handover and flag adjustments when logic is incorrect
• Track requirement changes, risks, and workflow assumptions throughout delivery
• Prepare a timeline and BR documentation
• Prompt engineering and AI automation tools

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business analysis / product ops / workflow design
• business requirements gathering
• understanding of APIs (conceptual, not coding)
• experience in SaaS / AI / digital platforms
• ability to simplify complexity into executable logic
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
