Business Accelerator Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Accelerator Manager located in Riyadh. The Business Accelerator Manager will oversee day-to-day tasks, such as managing the accelerator program, mentoring entrepreneurs, organizing and leading workshops, and connecting startups with investors. You will also be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, monitoring performance metrics, and providing resources to entrepreneurs to help them grow their businesses.

• Experience in business development, strategic planning, and project management
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills
• Understanding of early-stage startups and investment ecosystems
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to organize and lead workshops and training sessions
• Proficiency in tracking and analyzing performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Finance, or related field
• Experience with accelerator or incubator programs is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
