Job Description
- Develop and implement annual brand plans, marketing strategies, and campaigns.
- Manage the full marketing mix ,ATL, BTL, digital, and shopper marketing to drive consumer engagement.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor category trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
- Manage product innovation, packaging updates, and NPD projects in collaboration with R&D and supply chain.
- Oversee marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization.
- Partner closely with sales teams to ensure brand strategies translate into in-market execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record in managing food brands or fast-moving consumer goods.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
- Dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with growth potential.
