Key Responsibilities – Brand Manager Role at Niceone
- Implement the brand strategy to enhance the brand's positioning in the Saudi and regional markets.
- Oversee all marketing and branding activities, including advertising campaigns, digital promotions, and social media.
- Supervise the website to ensure its readiness and product availability.
- Analyze the market and competitors to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative marketing plans.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of retail branches and the website to ensure strategic and sales targets are met.
- Manage the marketing and sales budgets and ensure a strong return on investment.
- Oversee training plans for store staff to ensure high-quality service and the achievement of sales goals.
- Support recruitment processes by selecting top talent, with strong knowledge of the fragrance market being essential.
- Prepare professional presentations and visual materials to communicate brand strategies and objectives.
- Track brand performance and analyze data to support effective strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with design and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand identity.
- Assist in developing strategies to expand market share and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor market and technology trends to continuously update brand strategies.
- Coordinate with operations and demand planning teams to optimize workflow between the warehouse, retail stores, and suppliers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Brand Management Experience: Proven experience in building, managing, and growing a consumer brand, ideally in retail or ecommerce.
- Marketing Expertise: Solid knowledge of digital marketing, social platforms, and multi-channel campaign management.
- Analytical Thinking: Skilled at interpreting data, generating insights, and driving strategic recommendations.
- Outstanding Communication: Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus), adept at storytelling and engaging diverse audiences.
- Project Management: Capable of leading multiple initiatives, prioritizing deadlines, and working effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Creative Mindset: Innovative thinker who can conceptualize and champion distinctive brand experiences.
