Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager located in Riyadh. The Branch Operations Manager will oversee all daily operations of the branch, manage staff, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and implement policies and procedures. Tasks include supervising team members, developing operational strategies, handling customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
