Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will oversee the full management of the branch, ensuring smooth daily operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining high service quality, adhering to company policies, and enhancing overall team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily branch operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and achieve branch sales targets.
- Supervise the team, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the branch.
- Monitor customer service levels and handle complaints or issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance and submit them to management.
- Track market trends and competitors to support performance improvement.
- Ensure availability of operational needs and supplies for the branch.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
