BMS & Ticketing System Admin

Job Description

BMS and Ticketing system Admin is requested to monitor all BMS systems in different locations. Keep the systems operational and contact supplier when needed. Provide reports, direct and follow up any issues with concerned maintenance team. Handle the ticketing system at all locations, review and advise the team to correct their inputs when required. Dispatch and assign client requests to the concern maintenance supervisor. Follow up & feedback to the client.

Daily Tasks

BMS And Ticketing System Admin. Takes Full Responsibility For

• Monitoring BMS system at different locations.
• Setup the timing of lights operation during seasons & to make sure it’s functioning well.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, contact the suppliers to correct the problems when required.
• Direct the fault or problems of the equipment to the concern maintenance supervisor, and follow up the problems until solved, clean and setup the system.
• Generate reports from BMS and highlight the frequent issues & suggest the solutions.
• Make random inspection of the systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Collect and keep all BMS shop drawing & As Built of the current & ongoing projects.
• Handle the ticketing system (Fiix), make sure that all assets are inserted properly.
• Generate periodically reports, guide the team to correct their input in the system when required.
• Dispatch and assign client requests to the concern maintenance supervisor. Follow up & feedback to the client.
• Requires flexibility and understanding that all maintenance staff may be required to perform duties outside their normal area of expertise to meet the mission and goals of the Facility Services Department.
  
  

Qualifications And Requirements

Candidate must have the following field experience requirements:

• A Diploma Degree in Computer/IT field. Maintain IT license or identification to meet governmental regulations,
• if necessary.
• 5 years of experience in the same field.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English).
• Knows building and equipment maintenance works procedure
• The ability to multi-task and prioritize the workload & time management skills.
• Team work skills and the ability to lead and motivate others.
