About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior to Mid-Level Biostatistician to join our Franco-Saudi CRO team with a remote capacity. You'll support international pharmaceutical and biotech companies conducting clinical trials in Saudi Arabia, GCC region and Europe, while collaborating daily with our Paris-based senior biostatistics team.

This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals with strong analytical foundations who are eager to rapidly develop expertise in clinical trial biostatistics through hands-on work and structured mentorship.


Key responsibilities

  • Analyze clinical trial data to generate safety and efficacy results
  • Create publication-quality tables, listings, and figures following industry standards
  • Write and review Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) under senior guidance
  • Support preparation of regulatory submissions to SFDA, FDA, and EMA
  • Collaborate with Data Management to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Participate in project meetings with international pharmaceutical sponsors
  • Document work according to GCP and regulatory requirements


Required qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Master's degree (minimum) in Biostatistics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Epidemiology, or related quantitative field
  • 0-3 years of experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or analytical roles
  • Recent graduates (2023-2025) encouraged to apply


Technical Skills:

  • Strong foundation in statistical methods (hypothesis testing, regression, survival analysis)
  • Programming proficiency in SAS, R, or Python (with statistical libraries)
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze complex datasets


Language:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - MANDATORY for daily collaboration with international teams
  • Arabic proficiency


Legal requirement:

  • Saudi national (required for regulatory compliance)
