BIM Modeler

Our client is seeking a technically strong CAD - Revit - BIM Server Operator to manage their BIM server infrastructure and ensure smooth collaboration between multidisciplinary teams. If you have deep experience in BIM software and server-side setup/maintenance, this is the opportunity for you.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 10–15 years of hands-on experience with CAD, Revit, and BIM platforms
• In-depth understanding of BIM coordination, file management, and model federation
• Experience managing BIM servers (Revit Server, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of CAD standards, naming conventions, and data organization
• Ability to troubleshoot software and server-related issues
• Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills

Key Expertise:

• Setup and administration of Revit/BIM servers and cloud platforms
• File version control and security management
• Coordination of multidisciplinary BIM models (structural, architectural, MEP)
• Advanced knowledge of CAD, Revit, and BIM file workflows
• Supporting project teams with software updates, plugins, and integrations
