BIM Manager

Job Description

WSP is looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for a landmark high-rise development in Riyadh. The role requires a highly skilled professional who can manage the implementation of BIM processes, standards, and digital delivery strategies across all design and construction stages, ensuring alignment with client requirements and WSP’s digital engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM management and coordination process for a high-rise development project within the PMC scope.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with client and WSP standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure consistent BIM delivery.
• Manage model coordination and clash detection reviews using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
• Review and audit BIM models for compliance, accuracy, and quality assurance.
• Oversee the integration of BIM with project schedules (4D), cost management (5D), and facility management data (6D).
• Provide BIM training, mentoring, and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the design manager and project controls teams to enhance digital project delivery.
• Support tender and procurement processes through BIM data extraction and design visualization.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and project-specific BIM protocols.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, or MEP Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in BIM management, with at least 3–5 years on large-scale high-rise projects.
• Proven experience in a PMC or consultancy environment in the Middle East.
• Strong command of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and BIM 360 / ACC platforms.
• In-depth understanding of ISO 19650 and digital project delivery standards.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and drive collaboration between design and construction teams.
