BIM Manager

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.

We are currently seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background and a solid track record in managing BIM processes within a design office environment. Experience in industrial and warehouse projects, particularly those involving pre-engineered buildings (PEB), is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across all project phases.
• Develop and update BIM standards, guidelines, and workflows to ensure consistent and efficient delivery.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams to achieve seamless BIM integration and model accuracy.
• Manage 3D modeling activities, including clash detection and resolution, using advanced BIM tools.
• Perform regular model reviews and quality audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
• Provide training and technical support to design teams to promote best BIM practices.
• Represent the company in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding BIM
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 6 to 8 years of experience working as a BIM Manager, must have been in a design office environment.
• Strong experience with industrial and warehouse projects, including pre-engineered buildings (PEB).
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650, BS/PAS 1192).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
