About The Team

Careem BIKE (a Careem Vertical) is now in Madinah KSA - introducing the first public network of electric bicycles and scooters. We are excited to help improve quality of life and encourage healthier living in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Careem BIKE stations in Medina advance Saudi Arabia’s sustainability agenda which is being delivered through Vision 2030 and the Saudi Green Initiative. We are looking for talented colleagues to join us in this exciting journey.

What You'll Do

• Be a vital part of our daily field audits of bike stations, checking for availability, cleanliness, and usage.
• Assist in monitoring station heatmaps and share your insights on rebalancing shifts to keep everything running smoothly.
• Help us document and report any operational issues, such as vandalism or outages, so we can address them promptly.
• Work closely with our warehouse staff to coordinate charging and maintenance workflows, ensuring our fleet is always ready to go!
• Keep track of trip issues, support tickets, and downtime patterns to help us improve our services.
• Support vendor coordination during pop-up activations or peak seasons, making sure everything is organized and efficient.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Saudi national
• Results-driven and proactive mindset with awesome organizing skills
• Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and adjust with changing business needs
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Coop training should be a graduation requirement by the university or college.
• GPA of 3.5 and higher
