Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bell man to join our hospitality team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Bell man, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay begins on a positive note.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assisting them with luggage and escorting them to their rooms
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
• Assist guests with special requests and handle inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and entrance area
• Coordinate with valet parking services to ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences for guests
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval for guests
• Perform basic concierge duties, such as making reservations or arranging transportation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to hotel dress code and grooming standards
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security procedures
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong communication abilities in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift luggage up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills to handle guest concerns effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with the local area and attractions in Riyadh is beneficial
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
