We are looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and resilient server-side applications and APIs. This role requires a technical leader who can drive architectural decisions and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust, secure, and scalable microservices and APIs.
  • Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in a chosen back-end language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js).
  • Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas and queries for high-volume transactions (SQL and/or NoSQL).
  • Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, set coding standards, and ensure high test coverage through unit and integration tests.
  • DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with SRE/DevOps teams on deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in back-end software development.
  • Expertise in one or more major back-end languages (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django/Flask, Node.js/Express).
  • Deep experience with microservices architecture, RESTful and/or GraphQL API design.
  • Proven experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of security practices and performance optimization.
