Job Overview:

As a B2C Sales Operations Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support, managing customer interactions through various channels and overseeing the order process. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

 Customer Service

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and questions through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and in-app chats, providing helpful and accurate information.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive experience with each interaction.
  • Record and manage customer interactions in the CRM for future reference and quality assurance.

Managing App Orders

  • Communicate with vendors regarding order details, ensuring that any customer questions or issues related to vendor offerings are addressed effectively.
  • Confirm customer orders by reaching out to customers to verify order details, preferences, and any specific requirements.
  • Oversee the order process from confirmation to completion, coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Proactively manage any order cancellations, reaching out to affected customers to offer assistance, alternative solutions, or additional support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales operations, or a related field in a B2C environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or app-based order management is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to respond professionally across various channels.
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and messaging platforms like WhatsApp, social media, and in-app chat systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
