Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive based in Riyadh, KSA, to drive business growth by promoting our corporate training and development solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven ability to close deals, and experience managing enterprise client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage new B2B clients across industries.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Prepare and present persuasive business proposals and product presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor training solutions for client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in training, learning & development, or IT services.
- Strong pipeline management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
