- Help clients become automation leaders by teaching them how to create long-lasting, sustainable automation initiatives that prioritize time to value and simplification.
- Assist in developing the commercial acumen of junior RPA Automation Program Advisors and Technical Account Managers by mentoring and offering direction.
- Using our present in-depth understanding of the RPA business automation platform, influence and develop customer solutions. our teams' assets, processes, and procedures in an agile manner to
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience in strategic consulting, client- facing, customer success-driven delivery.
- 6+ years of experience leading digital transformation and/or overseeing organizational strategy and business results.
- Preferably, you have experience with modern agile practices, LEAN, Six Sigma, or related methodologies and practices.
- Proven experience aligning and translating technology capabilities into measurable business outcomes, proven experience building strong internal and external relationships. Previous experience with RPA or other intelligent automation products is highly desired.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate complex organizational conversations across Executive Leadership and the broader organization.
- Ability to present to large audiences. Self-motivated, proactive, entrepreneurial team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.Company
- Selected candidate will be part of ProCodde Technologies, Middle East and should be willing to work at any of our client projects within Middle east and Africa.
- The immediate location of work would be Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
